The Hilton Concord is the official hotel of the conference and will host our Thursday night opening gathering and our Friday and Saturday keynote presentations. Friday and Saturday will include dinner (this is included in the conference fee). This will be the most convenient place to stay for the purposes of the conference.

The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to sites within a five-mile radius, which includes JFK University and Concord BART. There are excellent restaurants at the hotel as well as numerous restaurants and stores nearby. Complimentary (wired) high speed internet service is included.

Housing with JFK Faculty and Students

 

There may be an opportunity for some conference attendees to be hosted by a local JFK University faculty member or student. These opportunities will be limited.

If you are interested in this possibility, please contact us at ITC@jfku.edu and title the email "Hosted by JFK". We will consider these requests based on a combination of need and timing of response (earlier inquiries will get more consideration).
