All orders placed on or before October 28th will ship the week of November 2nd. Orders placed after October 28th will ship within 1-2 weeks.

MP3 Conference Recordings:

*We regret that the following four presentations were lost in the recording/production process and are not included in the 4-disc package:

**The conference recordings will work on Macs but will not have full interactive functionality as with PCs. Here are the steps to listen to the MP3s on Mac:

1. Insert CD and open. You will see MP3s labeled 01.mp3, 02.mp3, etc. Scroll down and open the "Disc#.pdf" file to view the list of presenters. Note the links in the PDF will not work to automatically play the MP3 as they do on PCs.
2. Open iTunes (or your Mac audio player of choice) and import the MP3 files following the instructions for that program.
3. The MP3 files will import. You can then view the file information by Presentation Title (track), Speaker (author), and Conference Title (album).
4. Browse, search, and play the MP3s in the audio player.

***(12/10/08) Applicable to all persons who have already ordered and received a set of discs:

• On Disc 4, the audio file for “Carl Zdenek” is actually Barrett Brown’s presentation, which heretofore was identified as lost/missing
• We have located the presentation made by Carl (who goes by Chris) and will be making it available for download

With rare exception (e.g., discs en route), all future orders will be fulfilled with a new batch of discs that contain the two presentations in question: Barrett on Disc 1 and Chris on Disc 4.

 Registration Information

Tuition for the conference includes:

• Entry to all conference sessions (individual, panel, and keynotes)
• Conference manual with speaker handouts and abstracts
• Dinner Friday and Saturday night at the Concord Hilton (an $80 direct cost/value).
  

Please note that registration does not cover the cost of additional meals or CE credits. For CE information and registration, please see below.

Refund Policy

John F. Kennedy University Purchase/Refund Policy: If participants cancel their registration prior to May 1st, they will receive all their monies minus $30 dollars and their Acteva processing fee. If participants cancel between May 1st and prior to July 23rd, students will receive all of their monies minus $60 and the processing fee and professionals will receive all of their monies minus $130 and their processing fee. There will be no refund for persons canceling after on or after July 23rd.

Acteva's Purchase/Refund Policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event. Acteva.com issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring organization. Contact refunds@acteva.com or the sponsoring organization for further details.
