A close friend once described me as “always on the grow.” Being open and honest are values which are very important to me and have greatly facilitated my growth; heart-centered constructive criticism is always welcome. My involvement with integral forums has brought me some of my closest friends, as well as bringing my beautiful wife into my life; we had been friends for years before I finally met Liz face-to-face at a gathering I hosted in Vancouver in June 2006; I'm now happily living with her and my wonderful stepchildren in Sacramento. I recently wrote the back-of-book index for Integral Life Practice, which will be published by Shambhala in September, 2008. It was an inspiring, comprehensive treatment of the subject and I highly recommend it. Currently I'm editing an “At Issue” book for Greenhaven Press, and seeking additional full- or part-time work that feeds my soul and makes a difference in the world. Over the past several years I've been a moderator on several integral forums, researched and wrote short articles for Integral University, and in various other ways have served the growth of integral consciousness as best I can. I've written transcripts of integral video and audio material, some of which are posted on my Gaia blog - including two parts of a conference call I participated in with Ken Wilber (”Nameless Dread at the Brink of the Transpersonal” and ”Turquoise Shadows.” I've done a lot of work with Robert Augustus Masters, a writer and therapist emphasizing integral healing and awakening; he has become a great teacher and exemplar for me. Lately I've also been attending satsangs with Gangaji and Adyashanti whenever possible. I spend most of my “forum time” these days on The Integral Pod: http://pods.gaia.com/ii/ Remember: it's all fun and games until somebody loses an “I” - then things really get interesting!
